Recipe: Banana Shake
As banana week comes to a close, it's nice to have a little banana shake as a tasty treat.
Banana Shake
Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 0 minutes Total Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
1 banana
1 cup of milk or almond milk
1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp of vanilla
6 ice cubes
Instructions:
1) Place all of the above ingredients in the blender.
2) Blend and enjoy!
