For our final spinach recipe of the week, we cooked up a spinach pasta sauce along with freshly made pasta from one of our favourite restaurants - Terroni.
Here's the noodles below.
Prep Time: 15 minutes Cook Time: 20 minutes Total Time: 35 minutes
2 handfuls of spaghetti
1 cup of spinach (from frozen)
1 cup of broccoli
1/2 cup of pesto
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp of salt
1) Saute the onions in the olive oil on medium heat.
2) Add spinach, broccoli and pesto. Cook until the broccoli is slightly tender.
3) Bring a large pot of water to boil and add the pasta and salt. Cook until al dente.
4) Place the noodles and sauce into a serving dish.
