Robert is a Toronto based Voice & Speech Coach. He has taught Voice and Performance in the United Kingdom, Mexico, United States and across Canada. He specializes in working with theatre companies, private clients and groups on a variety of vocal needs.

He’s currently a Professor of Voice and Text at Sheridan College.  He has also taught for the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama (RCSSD), London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA), Ryerson University, Royal Conservatory of Music (LTTA), Canadian Opera Company (COC), Acting Up Stage (OSG), and Young People’s Theatre (YPT).  Robert has also presented nationally & internationally at the Association for Theatre in Higher Education (ATHE), Voice and Speech Trainers Association (VASTA), and the Song, Stage & Screen conferences. He is a proud member of VASTA, International Centre for Voice (ICV), and Canadian Voice Care Foundation (CVCF). 

 

Robert has spoken on the topics of speaking anxiety, presence, diversity, personal worth, & identity.
