Robert Gontier is a voice and speech practitioner from Toronto, Canada.  He has had the pleasure of teaching Voice and Performance in several different countries including the United Kingdom, Mexico and Canada.  Most recently, Robert was Vocal Apprentice to Janine Pearson, Head of Voice at the Stratford Festival of Canada, at Ryerson University.  He has also taught at the Central School of Speech and Drama, University of London and the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA).  He currently sits on the teaching faculties of the Royal Conservatory of Music (LTTA), the Canadian Opera Company and has been a guest teacher with the National Ballet School of Canada.  In August 2010, Robert was invited to teach at the international VASTA conference in Mexico City.  He is a proud member of the Voice and Speech Trainers Association (VASTA), British Voice Association (BVA), International Centre for Voice (ICV), and Canadian Voice Care Foundation (CVCF).  

He specializes in working with private clients and groups on a variety of vocal needs.  These include:
